By creating an account or using Bot Trading (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Bot Trading (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Bot Trading provides an automated trading service. After you fund your wallet and start the bot, the bot analyses markets, places orders within the limits of your plan and settles the result of each session into your wallet.

The Service is a software tool. It is not a bank, a broker or an investment adviser, and nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is lawful where you live.

When you register you agree to:

• provide accurate and current information;
• keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access;
• keep to one account per person unless we agree otherwise.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may ask you to verify your identity and may refuse or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Your wallet shows the funds you have deposited, the results of bot sessions, referral commission and the money you have spent on plans. Deposits are made through the payment methods shown on the Deposit page and are credited when the payment provider confirms them. The minimum and maximum deposit are shown before you pay (currently £100.00 and £100,000.00).

Withdrawal requests are sent from your dashboard to an address you have saved. A minimum amount (£10.00) and a fee (5%) apply and are displayed before you confirm. Requests are reviewed by our team and may be delayed, declined or limited where we need to carry out security or compliance checks. Network fees and delays outside our control are your responsibility.

The Free plan is available to every member. Paid plans are bought once and have lifetime validity for as long as your account remains in good standing. Prices are shown in £ before you pay.

Plans only move up: once you hold a plan, a lower or equal plan cannot be selected. Unless the law requires otherwise, plan purchases are final and non-refundable. If a payment arrives for a plan you can no longer select, the amount is credited to your wallet instead.

Trading digital assets is volatile and carries a high level of risk. A bot session can end with a gain or a loss, and you may lose some or all of the money you use. Profit ranges shown on this website are target ranges set by the platform. They are not promises or guarantees, and past results do not predict future results.

You understand that:

• markets can move quickly, and orders may be filled at prices different from those expected;
• the Service may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or events outside our control;
• you should only use money you can afford to lose.

If the referral programme is enabled, you may share your personal referral link. Commission is calculated using the rates of your plan, credited to your wallet and shown in your history. We may change, pause or end the programme at any time, and we may withhold commission that results from abuse, self-referral or duplicate accounts.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to launder money or finance unlawful activity;
• create several accounts to gain extra sessions, bonuses or commission;
• interfere with, probe or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other members’ accounts;
• use automated tools, scrapers or scripts against the Service without our written permission;
• give false information or pretend to be another person.

Joining and using the Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans, withdrawal fees and any other charges are shown before you confirm an action. Third-party payment providers and blockchain networks may add their own charges, which we do not control.

We may suspend or close an account, limit features or hold funds where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, where the law requires it, or to protect members and the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account; any balance remaining after fees and checks can be withdrawn as described above.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features, plans and payment methods, and will give notice of significant changes where reasonably possible.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty about trading results, and we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, from your use of the Service, from the actions of third-party payment providers or networks, or from events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you by email or on the website. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of the Service is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute — unless the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
