Questions about plans
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can move up to a higher plan whenever you like. Plans only move up, so a plan you’ve paid for is never replaced by a lower one.
Do plans expire?
Paid plans run for the number of days shown on each plan. When a paid plan ends you return to the Free plan automatically, which never expires, and you can choose a plan again whenever you like. Your Plans page lists every plan you have bought with its start date, end date and status.
How do I pay for a plan?
You can pay from your wallet balance, or through an enabled payment provider at checkout.
What happens to my Free plan sessions when I upgrade?
Your new plan’s daily sessions replace them from that point on. Daily sessions reset at midnight and unused sessions do not roll over.
